information services, is maintaining its 79-year tradition of paying
regularly scheduled cash dividends.
On April 15, 2013, the company’s board of directors declared a second
quarter dividend of $.18 per share payable June 14, 2013 to shareholders
of record June 4, 2013. Cass has continuously paid regularly scheduled
cash dividends since 1934.
